Proudly accepting payments by cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Rolling Hills Electric has convenient payment options for our members. All members receive a standard monthly bill for their electrical use. Bills are due and payable upon receipt.

Members have the option to enroll in automatic payments, allowing their monthly bill to be conveniently withdrawn from a bank account or charged to a credit/debit card.

Auto Pay can be set up through our online bill pay system or by contacting our office. Payments are automatically processed each month on the bill’s due date—helping ensure your payment is always on time.

Our automated pay-by-phone system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 844-965-1345. Simply call and follow the voice prompts to make a payment.

This is a FREE service that allows you to pay by Visa, MasterCard, or electronic check with NO fees.

For security and to comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, RHEC employees are unable to take payment information over the phone.
